Overall an average watch for this Onam Season.Radha hails from Kallara Village near Kilimanoor in a Tamil family at Thiruvananthapuram District in Kerala. Blink and you will miss Unni Mukundan's cameo. Siddique, Rahul Dev and others have a played the supporting roles well. I particularly loved the locations which is referred to as Chitoor in Palakkad, it's a beauty. The one item number-cum-family song is well choreographed. The Rajadhi Raja chant and Swami Ayyappa chant go well with the scenes. How Shekharan Kutty deals with the new wounds and heals the old scars is the rest of the story.Ījai Vasudev has done a good job with the direction, music by Karthik Raja and Berny Igantius goes well with the movie, Gopi Sundar's background score is good. The second half of the movie unfolds the twists and turns. After a torturous session the police and Ahmad Shah realize that he is not the "Raja" they were looking for and dismiss it as a weird coincidence. Ahmad Shah from Mumbai who is in search of a dead don Raja, asks police to arrest Shekharan Kutty because of his resemblance to Raja. Soon he sees himself arrested by police and is beaten up black and blue. Shekharan Kutty tries his best to avoid him and his actions but somehow gets entangled in a fight with goons. Ayyappan is a man ready to pick up fights with anyone and everyone and always ends up beating up people. On the entry of his wife's relative Swami Ayyapan (played by Joju George), the peace in his life begins to diminish. He never interferes with others business and nor does he want to create any trouble for himself. The story revolves around a very subdued, peace loving and righteous man Shekharan Kutty, whose life revolves around his work and his family. Lakshmi Rai as Radha has also done a good job as a quintessential middle class house wife. As Shekaran Kutty in this movie, his character is a good mix of subtlety and vigour. Mammootty is back to playing his mundu and shirt clad characters.
